PHYSICAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

        BEFORE PRESENTATION
        1. 1. Participants must prepare the product/project prototype with a bunting (roll up or stand bunting).
          2. Information in the bunting should include:

          1. o Title of the Product/Project
            o Name of Project Members
            o Affiliation
            o Introduction
            o Problem Statement
            o Material/Method/Result
            o Novelty/Uniqueness
            o Commercialization Potential
            o Demonstration of Product/Project
            o Conclusion
            o Awards/Recognition/IPR (if any)

          3. Ensure all elements for assessment are presented in the bunting (See the judging criteria). This will help the judges to provide justified marks during the presentation.
          4. Participants are encouraged to use Creations de UiTM 2024 (CDU2024) logo on top of the bunting CDU2024 logo. Other areas of the bunting depend on the creativity of each participant.
          5. Participants are also encouraged to bring an A3 size poster (11.69 x 16.54 in) or brochures to support the presentation (optional).
          6. Two (2) tables and two (2) chairs will be provided by the organizer.
        DURING THE PRESENTATION
        1. 1. Bunting must be presented on the 27th April 2024 at Pusat Asasi PTAR according to the CDU2024 layout given.
          2. Duration of presentation is between 3 to 5 minutes. Question and answer session is depending on the judges. The presentation can be presented in both, English or Malay Language.

        END OF PRESENTATION
        1. 1. Participants are not allowed to leave the exhibition hall within the period of exhibition. (Please refer to program tentative).
        2. 2. Participants must make sure the cleanliness of the exhibition area before leaving.
